I transitioned into the Conversational AI universe after working as a journalist, UX writer, and news producer for over 15 years. My clients included news, finance, telecom, behavioral marketing, and govt. agencies across the U.S, Canada, India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Deliverables oscillated from writing/editing to publishing new/current affairs content across different mediums. I also designed agent/customer-facing digital, chat, app, and audio experiences. In recent years, I find myself at the intersection of CxD and Human Resource Service Delivery for a combination of AI-powered digital/online, Chat, SMS (cross-platform), and IVR platforms.
